All Helpers use Lend A Friend’s Provider software (The Lookout Way) to capture their time on a shift. This software must be used for any booking made with a Participant to ensure accurate shift times, billing, and invoicing

Currently, this software rounds to the closest 15-minute interval, so shifts will start and end:

• On the clock
• Quarter past
• Half past
• Quarter to the hour
