Lend A Friend Pty Ltd and its Helpers have the rights to:
- Suspend or discontinue services in the case of a breach of the service agreement or in the event of a safety issue which has not been solved
- Negotiate changes to a roster or shift time with a Participant in the event of Helper shortages
- Feel safe and be treated with courtesy and respect
- Be notified of any disputes and problems and have a reasonable amount of time to fix potential problems before the issue is escalated to a third party
- Negotiate changes to service agreements on an as needed basis
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of its intellectual property, worker details and business model
- Receive payment within 1 month of invoices being sent, to ensure Helpers can be paid in a timely manner
- Change prices as per changes to the NDIS price guide
- Update and develop new policies to keep up with the changing landscape of the NDIS and best practice
